a bit of history
The history of the HOTEL RISTORANTE PINETA LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF FABRIANO IN THE LOCALITY OF CAMPODONICO DI FABRIANO
began in 1962.
My father Dell'uomo Francesco, a mason at the time
started building a small farmhouse with 6 rooms, three shared bathrooms,
a kitchen and a small restaurant room which he named Pensione Pineta.
In the 60s, it was truly a gamble to start a hospitality business in a small village, albeit pleasant,
in a splendid pine forest, but despite the adversities, the business had incredible success in the area,
....also due to the excellent cuisine of Mamma Luisa.
The pine forest became a point of reference for the entire Fabriano area and nearby Umbria,
so much so that in the 70s my parents decided to expand the restaurant area by making
a wonderful banquet hall and another floor with rooms.
A total of 35 rooms and about 76 beds in 1990.
The first license of '63 was issued by the Ancona police headquarters because
at the time, the municipality of Fabriano was not competent for hospitality activities.
(When the initial license was requested, the current commerce office could not find it in the archives)
License No. 15 of May 20, 1995, as per notarial deed
With the acquisition of an adjacent land, the works began
for the splendid swimming pool (21 x 11 meters, category A) open to the public,
plus a baby pool and a whirlpool tub.
The restaurant and hotel activities are open to the public all year round.
I, Tiziana, continue the activity started by my parents, which is now in its third generation
with pride, in 2020 it was included in the list of historic places of the Marche ...
